Risk of Loss; Title
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or events outside our control (e.g., weather, customs, carrier backlog).
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. If a package is returned to us, reship fees may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage or Wrong Item
Email support@dailypicksy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the packaging and item. We will assist per our store policy (legal requirements and case-by-case review).
