All Sales Are Final
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before checkout.
Limited Exceptions Required by Law
Where required by applicable law, we will assist in the event of:
- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Wrong item received / missing items
How to request assistance
Email support@dailypicksy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the packaging and item(s). Failure to contact us within 7 days may limit available remedies.
Resolution
After review, we may (at our discretion and as permitted by law) offer a replacement or store credit. We do not provide cash refunds except where required by law. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items; items without original packaging; items with removed seals/tags
- Hygiene-sensitive goods; perishables/consumables (if applicable); gift cards; sale/clearance items
- Customized or made-to-order products
Order Cancellations / Changes
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled or changed after acceptance and payment capture. If your order has not yet been processed, email us immediately—interception is not guaranteed.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with household members and your local carrier first. We may provide proof of delivery upon request. We are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided at checkout.
Chargebacks
Please contact us by email first for any order problems. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
